Hair Loss With Weight Loss When On Diet

On Feb 25th I have posted at MCF that I am experiencing hair loss and seeing more of my scalp.

Googled and read that hair loss is one of the side effects of weigh loss. The condition is called Telogen effluvium.

I am happy to say that my hair is back to normal. Slowly notice it last week. So it's about 8 weeks.
Just sharing my experience.

I was worried during that time because the non-believers will be laughi for doing this diet. But it turn out well.
