Questions on diet
If you've been eating clean, (CBS, your personal input please) one meal a day,
and then you add a bit of carbs but still go on the one meal a day, will your body burn
it off? Ah, comments please.
I personally say it will be burned off, (of course not in excess consumption of carbs, that will take a few days)

Any idea in what sequence will our body burn off the following if we are on high fat diet:
Fats, Carbs, Protein
Maybe that will answer your question.

Then wat happens if your diet is 70% fat, 25% protein and 5% carbs and you only burn off the carbs and protein everday?
Does it mean you body starts accumulating the fats?

Of course lah, (I making discussion here also hor) our instance, the carbs and protein is used by the body to sustain the nutrients needed, fats used as fuel. I run far better, being fueled by body fat.
