My progress as of today

Hey all,
got a bit of sore throat yesterday afternoon, must have been due to being caught in the rain,
took a big amount of Vit. C sustained release and Vit.D2, better now, no rasping pain in the throat.
Did spit some blood in the spit but that's normal when you tear your throat lining. Ok, my progress as of date folks,
I last weighted myself after my BKK trip back, aka 5-6 weeks or so, after which I didn't even bother with the scale.
Decided to take a look today, it remembers the last weight, which was 87.9kgs. Today, 82.5kgs. Happy? Not really, I'm ok,
I have like 4kgs more to drop. Not giving up, surrender was never a word in my dictionary.

When I first started folks, I was huge, how huge, well, I think CBS can't imagine either, when he last saw me, I weighted in
at 125kg plus minus. Could have lost faster, but I got on and off and on again, then finally..... yeah. I lost a lot of my muscle size,
and body fat. I don't really care, internal health is more important then just looks, well, that comes in second.

Don't give up guys.

I'm targeting to hit my weight of 79kgs before end March. I will do it.

I have not been sick since started the diet, about a year
now. Not even flu or cough.

Same here, this sore throat donno come from where the fuck.
