Medic, this will be your menu for one week.
I'm trying to make it as easy as it can be for you, seeing your working hours.
Remember, drinks lots of water, cut off all sugars, carbs, which is rice, noodles, flour,
Well, processed foods, MSG....

Fried pork belly strips / eggs fried on the pork belly oil.
No salt. Pepper ok.

Eat as much as you want, eat till you're full / cannot eat anymore.

Don't eat anything else after, bring some extras to work for the JUST IN CASE.
And most of all, medic, control yourself.

One week on this, week after like I said, I will see how your progress is.
And I want to see you in the gym.

Yo Jeremy,

How's it going? some of the best advice I received are from the guys here. if I can offer my own advice, imho, the most important thing is a positive mindset.

1. what we knew/learnt about nutrition is not doing you and me any good. (throw convention out the window)
2. this is not a diet, it's how you're going to eat/live for the rest of your life. (so accept it Razz)
3. try, and try it again, adopt a 'can do' ethos (for me it's something like 'I'd rather live to regret than to live in regret' ahem for law-abiding things only hor... hahaha)

and do you know what, this has been the easiest, most effective, and efficient way of losing weight, becoming healthy, and fitter that I have EVER tried. the most probable reason is because it's how we humans were meant to live!

Also motivate you to prove to yourself and only yourself, you can
Achieve it in a faster then then norm. Dumbfark. lol! lol!

Jeremy, I can't help him anymore. He's not bothered to move.
