How much coconut oil
Hi guys, took delivery of my 12 btls of coconut oil yesterday, is 2mg 4 times a day enough? trying to keep the engine going all day...
still taking 2 cans of cn cream a day (breakfast + supper)
trying to put away is 200 or 300g of pork belly for breakfast
lunch just veggie, eg kailan neat
dinner veggies, steak or pork belly/collar.
enough fat? not enough? thanks guys.

Experiment la. All our bodies are different.
I pop 10 fish oil pills a day on top of 5 coconut pills.

I suggest you cycle your fats.
If you're drinking coconut milk, then skip the coconut oil. They're the same thing. If you need more fat, try getting it from another source, which you do have from an animal source. Cook with ghee or lard or beef fat or bacon fat or butter and you'll have yet another source of fat.
Cycle mainly between pork, beef, fatty fish and coconut and your fat intake will be taken care of. Not need to sweat over too much detail. Just eat until you're full, then stop. Favour beef/lamb/buffalo/bison/deer meat over other meats. I almost never eat chicken unless I don't have a choice.
Always try to get your fat from the original source. For example, if I eat salmon or sardines, I won't take any fish oil. If I eat grassfed beef, I take 1-2 fish oil pills. If I eat a lot chicken or pork, I'll take 4 fish oil pills. Or if I went swimming for an hour at 10am, I will not take any vitamin D. If I did not get any sun at all for a few days (rare), I would take 5-10000 IU.
Don't get caught up in the minor details and forget the big picture:
1) Eat real whole food
2) Sleep as much as you can
3) Exercise intensely but for very short durations
4) Get as much sun as you can without burning
5) Stress less and enjoy time with your loved ones
