The run or climb at top speed rounds will kill me. Especially the 80sec rounds.

I did the full course prior to my Seal challenge 4-6 months on, really a killer workout and can ONLY be done 2-3 times a week.
Not only you, me also buay tahan. No need the incline, it already kills you flat.

Nbz you! lol! You can always choose to cut the workout in half, then slowly add on the amount till you can challenge yourself to do the full routine. One warning on this workout, seriously, you will loose and burn fat, apart from 80-90% being the food we eat, this workout, if you don't get enough rest, you will, like I always say, burn out. Mad

What happens when you are in the midst of a HIIT cycle and takes an impt call and viola itz 20min gone.

Do you start all over again or complete the rest?

That exactly what happened to me last nite.
