Pleasantly surprised at Cold Storage today whilst picking up my CCNOil.

raw sausages - naked without funny stuff from Carne Meats - 360g S$10. ouch.
Free range grass fed beef 50/kg assorted cuts.

maybe I should do my own sausages, besides using real intestines, anyone know where/how to get the casing? MO?

Until I get my chest freezer, then I can go buy meats in bulk... now still cannot...
btw, anyone knows where I can get a chest freezer, inverter?

Intestines, you will need the small one from a female cow or pig, only the female has the thinner and smaller one to make nice sausages. I kid you not. Don't sell here, all removed and dumped at the abattoir. If not I also make.

Chest freezer got no inverter one lah. My advice, get a regular mid size fridge,Panasonic going from $499-$600 max, like me, I have two fridges, one old, was supposed to dump when it kicked the bucket, up to now, 13yrs still dowan to die. Smile So ended up two, useful, buy bulk, can keep in both freezers, then defrost in either also. I'm still waiting, but now, money saving for reno for toilet first, my sister in law, (3rd) and my niece(2nd SIL daughter) and her baby boy, are coming, so best I get the toilet done ASAP.

Your family not as mine, so hold off on the freezer first. If not, buy used. Remind me, when is our appointment for gym again? I forgot lah.

I kind of remember seeing BH has some sausages, carbs very very low in fact, and I bought some myself.
Go look for them, making them, if not in huge quantities, is not economically viable. Very time consuming as
well. Serious. I made them before, my wife's family does food, and sausages are one of the main products.
Theirs some more is commercial, already so much trouble. Talk more on Friday.
