I'm wondering what I should be putting as my Meal Preference...
the closest is Non-Carbohydrate Meal- No starch and carbohydrates in any form.
but I wonder what they serve....

Sometimes there is a low carb option, which at the end of the meal, they will serve you ice cream, haha. The meal will have basically meat, veggies, cheese.
For me, I will ask for 10 packs of butter when they serve the meal(s). Usually they come through, but sometimes, they can only bring a few more. Be careful of the Lurpack ones though. There are some that have vegetable oil blended into the butter.
If there is no low carb option, and it's not a long haul flight, I'll simply eat before I board so that I don't have to eat crap. If it's a long haul flight, I'll bring a bag macadamias and my own block of butter with me.
