Health screening at Polyclinic/Health Checks

Hi All,
Will the tests from Polyclinic suffice if I just wanna check my lipids levels?
What exactly is the test called?
If not, I am considering those executive health screening but dunnoe if they will indicate such data. Age 40 this year oredfi, so I am thinking of getting a more comprehensive check ups. Looking at MHC packages. Tink at least $200 and above.
BTW, if the results come back and indicate high cholesterol levels, do you reveal such info in your insurance applications? The medical register may contain these data???

I'm wondering if there is a full test like the mentioned 'NMR' here in Singapore?
