to lard or not to
my daily breakfast comes with roasted lard as side dish. So right now i have bottles of lard in the kitchen for my own cooking.
So the question is, should my family convert to using lard as a cooking oil for the whole family? Currently they use seasame or palm olein and I am the only one in the family that sticks to minimum carbo.

Minimum you still whack durians ah??
Just use lor, so long as no sugars or carbs involved in the cooking,
Steam fish also can add lard Mah.

in my aspect, there are not too many things worthwhile to cheat for.
And durian is not one of them. Try to keep it to minimum and thats why I only eat good one, or expensive one
