ChickenBackSide! Advice needed.
Been having a sore throat for the last week or so, phlegm and coughs, specially at night, took antibiotics from the doctor,
but I didn't go astray on my food, still one meal a day. Doesn't seem to be clearing much, well, got a bit better then back again.
Should I go on 2 meals to boost immunity or maintain and starve it off? Haven't been sick for a very long time bro. Even the meds given
I don't want to take, but no choice, cough mixture I forgo, too sweet. What would you do?

Flu cases in the second week of the year between 9-15 Jan have crossed the epidemic threshold of 17,032.
The Health Ministry said the number of acute upper respiratory illnesses seen by polyclinics at the time, rose to 18,377.
This is in contrast to 16,630 cases seen during the same period last year.
The ministry said the Influenza A-H1N1 strain is the predominant virus making its rounds, followed by the Influenza A H3N2, and Influenza B strains.
But the strain is not deemed to be any more severe or virulent.
MOH added it's common for flu cases to peak during this period, which coincide with the winter season in the Northern hemisphere.

Yes, but people like us off carbs are somewhat immune to such viral attacks.
I had my boys get flu and sneeze in front of me and nothing happened to me,
Unlike before. Maybe I tahan till now.

Bro, eat if you're hungry. But still eat clean. Crap food like refined carbs are just going to cause your inflammation to get worse. If you feel like carbs, eat sweet potato or yam. But don't go crazy on crap like noodles, bread or anything with sugar or fake sugar.
Get plenty of sun (or vitamin D), take your fish oil, sleep well, rest your body, don't stress.
After you finish your course of antibiotics, remember to supplement with PRObiotics. Anti mean they kills everything. So you must replenish all the good bacteria that has been killed. Eat more kim chee, saurkrout...
