Alcoholic Drinks?

Hi bros, need to do some entertaining, and hence have to do with the occassional drinks.

Can any bro advise which drinks has the less sugar/carb?

(1) Red wine?
(2) Vodka lime?
(3) Bourbon diet coke?

or any other alternatives?

Dowz, best not to, if no choice, vodka and lime, I will
Take whiskey and that's it, remember it will impede your training the next day or so.

yea, i went to google, it seems that Vodka lime has the lowest carbs content.

Just that it is not clear if they add cordial or sugar into the mixer.

any bartender bro can enlighten?

Why don't you just do the simple thing of telling the bartender not to add any syrup or sugar?

yeap, that's what i intend to do, if circumstances force me to do such!

Vodka lime is usually made using lime cordial...that's full of sugar

Basket. Can go up to bartender and ask for volka on the rock la.

If not just get any distilled liquor on the rock.

I would choose red wine for the overall health properties.

Bro. I cooked rampa with 4 cans of cream, boiled and aside.
Used a bit with fish, boiled till cooked. Damn, like I swallowed a ROCK! Damn full!

1 can of beer..... for me is good.

if go party, fast the whole damn day and 2hour before eat some protein. and fast the next day too.
