Coconut Oil Capsule

I have just worked through one bottle of Coconut Oil capsules from NSI brand which I ordered from the US

Not too bad - can really smell the coconut smell

Beats drinking pure coconut oil...hahah

They do ship to SG - they charged me US$5.99 only when I ship 3 bottles (US$9.99 each) over...

Buy other brands lor, they got so many listed brands mah, or you select under coconut oil and see what comes up.
Their prices are good, no one so far has price slower then them, shipping choose $5 lah, I've ordered from them for many years
already.

They are okay for some items and not so cheap for others...

I no waste time, all other whatever sites also loose. Me no buy from them for sometime now, hardly
take any supplements besides fish oil.

sorry, not trying to be a pain in the posterior here...

I'd rather consume coconut oil as coconut oil. Same as fish oil. Whenever possible, I'd eat sardines or salmon or tuna instead of taking cod liver oil or fish oil capsules. Instead of taking iodine pills, I'd eat roast unseasoned seaweed.

True bro. I use coconut oil in all my cooking, plus more.
I don't bother with capsules now, take a lot of fish, threadfin etc...

Well, I think it's still good as a supplement...

And as the name suggests, it is to supplement our current diet, not replace it

I still take in my usual amount of natural coconut milk etc...

X, when you learn how to cook, you will also learn how to add all these in your cooking.
I stopped taking supplements many many moons back. Coconut oil, coconut milk/cream etc..
I use in my cooking. Palm oil as well now.
