Hey guys, have a great weekend, I'll be heading to Malacca tomorrow morning, with my whole family, sort of bring my boys and their girlfriend around. Also my Nonya wants to buy some beaded slippers as well. Back Sunday, so don't think I no reply is I boh chap. So to all, a good weekend, also have to buy some Balachan for Chinese New Year cooking.

Just paranoid only lah bro. Back to normal now, today, last meal was yesterday evening.
had some "Pong Pia" well, not had SOME, more like 15 pieces, hahahahaha...now on fast, till tonight,
gym then back to high fat.
