It's whether we want to do it or not - there's no short cuts or quick fix

To be honest I gave myself 3 months to see if it works and now I dare say it's a lifestyle change for the better

It's quiet here probably because need to digest all the articles being posted here first. haha..

Let you guys know, I have a belt which I wore to work, the belt's buckle is those with a metal lock/grasp, as i lose inches off my waist, I will cut release the catch and cuts some centmetres off the leather belt. This way, I can gauge how much I lose every other day/week.
When it's time the pants looks too baggy, I will then get new pants.

To give you encoragement, my waist was 32 ins before
now only 27.

I have managed to convince 3 other people to go on this low carb diet...

Of course they were skeptical at first but like they say, the proof is in the pudding (not that we can eat that anymore) lol

Loss of 5 inches - well done hahah

I have lost about 5 inches as well...still can go down another 2 or 3 at least I think

I don't know about others but what I noticed was I lost my butt literally...

Actually hor, my waist is 38in 3 months back. Started on this diet in Sept last year. Now I'm 32in.
Today I cut a few mm off the belt. Think very soon I will go down to 30in.

I lost a lot of mass, as all of you would know, my pants changed three times already until i gave up changing,
present is like a 32 but it's still loose, belt until last hole cannot anymore unless I cut. I'm not going to bother anymore, had a solid sio bah dinner, last night, wah! Damn shoik, and to think I used to puke at the thought of
fatty pork!

I always believe in giving it a go, don't kill you, will make you stronger that kind of thing lah.
But good he shared it with us, if not I think I still humping weights like crazy and look like some

Bro. Last I weight in, that was like 3 weeks ago, 30kgs. Now I on one meal a day I never bother to weight,
Surprise myself when it comes to March, when I go to US for my Challenge.
