Right now i am 80-82kg, need to lose another 10kg more which is my target.

the machine show i am 20% fat and 21kg of it
my muscle mass suprising is good, will above normal range
on the mark is 100%, my score is 112%

the main trainer a ang mo lady ask me what i do to lose weight.
i told her just bodyweight execrises

push up
pull up
squat
handstand
L-seat
Sprinting

time to go back high fat meal agian!

ya, becos i think she will give standard answer.
Do lot of cardio and change ur diet etc.....

imagine if i tell her i am on high FAT diet!
she will faint!
