need to overhaul my lifestyle again.

need to change my training approach again
using more bodyweigth as leverage and more rep

aim for
100 push up
20-30 australia pull up
10 normal pull up
hang bar 1min then 2min
100-200 squat
20 full dip

handstand 1min to 2min
400m 1.30 sec?

At least u can still do some of those exercises... I cannot impact my knees anymore... It's making grating noises now...

fresh, please take more fish oil and no more running.
take about 10 cap of fish oil and i am not joking

and please start fasting if you havent.
do the 16hr fast
fasting will induc human growth homone

body squating is fine then try to do many rep and set.

i am quite suprising i can only do 15 australia pull up
hopefully can hit 30 like push up

but push up i can do 30 plus
must hit 50 by end of this month!

so many? ok. I'm always game to try new stuff. Yeah, I think I should go back to fasting. nowadays just feel like eating....

like this afternoon, i eat noodle and so full

guess what, i am fasting and no eating for dinner tonite
and do my workout fast.

What is Australia pull up?

My problem is not gaining weight. Managed a grand total of 2 kg weight gain after about 2 months.

was doing my workout fast yesterday

i was doing L-sit pull up x 3 rep and i complete the movement.
and this indian guy ask me, how old are you.

he was doing crunch.
i ask him the question back, how old do you think i am?
he say 30 plus, i say much old?
he say 34, i say thank you, i am 40. bounce
