I feel and look like SHIT!

I've been on a very heavy workout lately, this being the second week, plus the fact, I've been on VERY HEAVY CARBS for 3 weeks now, no problems with health, fucking mood is well, alright, under control, last night, BP was up, well, what do you expect with carbs, plus lack of sleep. I did pack on more muscle as what I wanted, so now, it's "WELCOME HOME TO ZERO CARBS" again.
I stop all carbs tomorrow, last meal tonight, enjoy it while I can, tomorrow will go on a 24hr fast, then back to high fat again.

I needed to do this to see how far I would get, before shit hits the fan. Have to travel next week on, lots of travelling in fact, so food wise will have to source and fasting will be the game. This carbs shit, damn, makes me feel so tired man!! YAWWWNN!!!

i am seasoning 1.2kg of sioba tonight and stewing 1kg of mutton... havent decided what yet...

Bro. Sure one lah, if not gym, I relax lor, my 6 days will be work, I have to shift two servers back to Singapore,
apart from a load of programming. Wife following me along, she's never been to Oz, this will be my 5th time, 4 times all
during major exercise, Wallaby, yeah, I didn't have time then either to go walk around. My whole team flew out of Oz within 48hrs of exercise completion.
